The MT series is the industry’s first precise forged face
iron adopting a hollow cast backing. Mr. Miura’s patent
pending design has provided a way to distribute weight across
the back as well as creating deep center of gravity and a larger
sweet spot. The result translates to an accurate high trajectory
iron with the feel of a forged club.
Golf’s big mystery has always been finding a way to marry
the feel and playability of forged club with the forgiveness of
cast club. It is a mystery no longer. The face and neck of the
MT are soft carbon steel precision forging. The cast backing creates
a hollow space within the club, which has allowed Miura to create
lower center of gravity and larger sweet spot. The result is a
higher trajectory for your ball flight with plenty of forgiveness
for those off center hits.
Precision & advantage of adjustability
of the lie and loft.
The unique precision of Miura's forging process provides a weight
error of ±0.5g after polishing, a standard for quality
that cannot be matched by any other golf club manufacturer. In
addition to the playing characteristics of the forged mild steel
golf club, it also has the added advantage of adjustability allowing
a golfer to be able to have the lie and loft of his Miura clubs
adjusted to fit his or her swing perfectly.
