Can I order by phone?

We currently do not accept Discover card and cheques.

How do I track my order?

Once you order item(s) from our online store, you will receive an email from UPS when UPS completes your shipment.

1. Please go to: http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_US
2. Enter your tracking number in a box provided.

Customer Login Also, with a password you created for yourself when you ordered online, you have an access to the login page where you can track your order status.

What are the shipping rates?

US & CANADA:

UPS ground: 5 - 8 days*:$20
UPS 2nd day air: 2 days*: $60

[For Golf Bags]
UPS ground: $40
(2nd day Air delivery upon request)

[Shirts & Hats]
$15

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES:
We do not ship to Europe.
Please contact our European Distributor Golf Ballistix or other dealers in Europe.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES:
We will ship outside Europe and will determine the best choice available. Sometimes Bax Global or FedEx may be the best way to go.

International air: 3 - 5 days* : approximately $120

(2nd day Air delivery upon request)

What are the MIURA's packaging & delivery guidelines?

Package guidelines:

Miura Golf Inc ships their products in accordance with UPS packaging guidelines. These guidelines are available at the Hyperlink listed below. http://www.ups.com/using/services/packaging/guideline.html

Delivery guidelines:

Most, in stock, standard orders, will be shipped within 72 hours of the order being processed. Orders placed by 8am (EST) will qualify for UPS 2nd day air shipment. (These orders will arrive in 2 days after departing Miura Golf)

Custom orders, which use our standard, in stock components, will ship within 7 business days. On those custom orders which require special order components or custom grinds, a representative of Miura Golf will call to inform you as to the timing of these requests.

Does MIURA ship outside of North America?

We ship worldwide except European countries.

All orders are shipped UPS International Express. Customers are responsible for all duties, customs charges and taxes imposed by your local government. Please contact your local chamber of commerce for duty/customs charges for your particular country.
