Q. Why, when I hit the Miura club, does it feel better than my old blades?

Quality of a refined and perfected forging process
A. Mr. Miura uses forging techniques which have taken years to perfect.
These special techniques produce a club head with the most stable and
refined molecular structure found anywhere in the golfing industry.
Because Mr. Miura is able to have the fundamental weight adjustments
in the club head occur during the forging process rather than the
grinding process, creates a uniformity of club head weight which is

| Q. Which tour players play Miura made clubs? |
A. In fact many tour players are, and have been, playing Miura made clubs
under the brands of other companies and to a more limited extent at this
time, under the Miura brand. Miura Golf's policy is that we don't pay
professionals to play our clubs.
Those that play Miura branded clubs play
them because they want to play the best and that is more important to
them than the money they would receive from an equipment company.
Since we don't pay professionals to play our clubs, we don't believe we
have the right to use their names to promote our products. We
recommend that you review public information sources in this regard.

| Q. Will I be able to buy Miura clubs through the discount shops at cheaper
prices or through the pro shop? |
A. Club lines end up in discount shops for a number of reasons related to
the high volume mass marketing strategies that equipment companies
engage in, including over-production and rapid phasing out of old lines
and introducing of new lines.
Miura Golf does not subscribe to this strategy
and in fact will only produce a limited number of clubs each year. Further,
we have no fixed time frame for introduction of new models and will only
make such introductions when the quality of the new advances demands it.
While there are restrictions on our ability to control the final retail price,
Miura Golf's intention is to not prefer one wholesale customer from another
based on volume.
In other words, your local golf professional can take some
comfort in knowing that he will be paying the same wholesale price for a
set of Miura clubs that a large volume retail outlet will pay. We therefore
expect that high demand in the market will maintain the price of Miura
clubs and there is even a possibility that limited supply may result in the
prices charged by our accounts moving higher.

| Q. Does Miura offer CUSTOM GRIND golf clubs? |
A. Yes. Miura can custom make clubs to your exact specifications. However,
because custom grinding can alter the performance of your golf clubs,

discuss this further.
We recognize that you may have specific requests for your Miura irons. We choose the best possible components when assembling your clubs, however, should you have a specific shaft, grip or lie requirement, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your clubs.

A. You may have not heard about Miura until now, but he has been one of
the dominant O.E.M. producers for years. You may have already played a
club which came out of his factory but under another company's name.

| Q. Does Miura sub-contract out any of his work? |

A. Mr. Miura is in total control of the entire manufacturing process from
the raw piece of metal to the finished product.
People are amazed that master craftsman Katsuhiro Miura, who is often referred to in the Japanese media as having the Hands of God, actually works hands-on in his factory every day. He passes down his knowledge and skills to his two sons, and even grinds the club heads himself as well.
