Doug Buchanan fills this position on a part-time basis and is a commercial and finance lawyer practicing at the international law firm Davis LLP. He is a former National Managing Partner of Davis LLP and practises out of the firm's Vancouver, Toronto and Tokyo offices. He is a Canadian leader and highly ranked in the world's leading legal directories in the areas of banking, corporate and M&A, project finance and project development law.

Adam Barr joins Miura Golf after 12 years as the Golf Channel's expert on the equipment and business side of golf, as well as hosting "What's In the Bag?". Adam is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and brings with him a background in the legal profession having practiced as a lawyer in both Pittsburgh and Chicago before joining the Golf Channel. He has leading edge media experience and one of the largest rolodexes in the golf industry. As President he will lead the executive team as it maps out the details of the Company's strategy and moves towards its goals.

Bill Holowaty has been with the Company for seven years and works out of the Company's facility in Burnaby, British Columbia. In addition to managing all product matters for the Company, he manages all international dealers and dealer network development outside of North America. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a degree in Economics. Bill worked for a number of years in the service industry with a major Japanese corporation and as a result has a comprehensive knowledge of the Japanese culture and language. Prior to joining the Company Bill managed the operations of a retail automotive business, winning a number of industry awards and developing extensive retail experience.

Ted Cotter has been with the Company for three years and works out of the Company's facility in Burnaby, British Columbia. Ted manages the dealer network and its expansion in the United States and Canada. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining Miura Golf Ted managed the North American operations of a wholesale sports clothing manufacturer developing extensive dealer network and sales experience.

Mr. Miura is located in Himeji, Japan and his background is set out in this website under "The Miura Tradition". Mr. Miura is a shareholder of Miura Golf and he directs the design and manufacture of the Miura Golf products and directs the research and development function.
